The conditional use permit was approved at the Greenville Town Board meeting last night, which allows us to fill and regrade the lot. Today they dug the driveway, dug the hole for the sewer connection on the front side of the master bathroom, and hooked up to the sewer. The rest of the hole will be dug tomorrow, and then the foundation will be poured.
