The gutters were put up today. They also got started on the mantle. The railing is now in on the stairs. We're almost finished with the decision-making now as the light fixtures are all ordered, as well as are the mirrors and shower door. The only thing left is the closet shelving/organizers.
The baseboards were finished upstairs today. The air conditioner was installed, and the fireplace was finished. The master bathroom was also painted and stained. 
I could barely stand the fumes to get in and take these pictures because the floors were finished today (sanded, stained, and poly'ed). They also got the front of the house ready for stone, and the fireplace halfway completed. 
I guess the carpenter is working weekends now, because the staircase and upstairs railing was put in sometime as of Monday evening. The window casing and doorway casing is all done, now baseboards are the only thing left for trim.
The window casing is almost done now, as you can see in the picture of the dining room and the baby's room. Also note the expert craftsmanship of how the ceiling speakers were put in for the kitchen and dining room, that was me. 
The trim and casing is almost done now, except for a few windows. The bathtub is now done except for paint and stain. The siding is finished except for the front of the house on the porch, and on the left side of the garage. I finished putting in the ceiling speakers this evening. The air conditioner was delivered today. 
The cabinets for the master and upstairs bathrooms were put in today, along with the cabinets in the laundry room. A few more pieces of trim were put in. The base for the fireplace hearthstone was built, along with the base for the mantle. I got the ceiling speakers up in the dining room this evening. 
The kitchen cabinets are all but finished. I'm guessing the countertop people will be in next. The painters came in and whitewashed the trim in the master bedroom. The plumber put in the exterior spigots, the water lines to the garage, the kitchen, and installed the water heater. The siding guy finished the second story of the front of the house. I installed speakers in the master bedroom ceiling tonight.
I had to use the cell phone camera today because our camera is being borrowed for a couple days. The garage doors were both put in today. The siding guy made his way across the front of the garage as well, and only has the front of the house to finish tomorrow. 
The carpenter spent the day putting in the tub deck in the bathroom. He was just about finished when I got in there this afternoon. The siding guy made it around to the front today.
Waters plumbing dropped off all of the plumbing fixtures today. The tub deck was built today as well. I think that the cabinets are supposed to start coming in today. The painter was there yesterday evening when I stopped in, and he said he was planning today's work which I think is painting the trim in the master bedroom and bathroom. 
We met with Brett (the builder) today at the house to talk through some of the last decisions (fireplace, front door, bathtub, etc.). He gave us a finish date of June 10th, This is about 5-6 days later than expected because we are getting the countertops from a different supplier than the cabinet company (much less expensive that way). Anyway once the cabinets are set, the countertop people have to come measure, and then go get to work. Then once they are done, then the cabinet people come back to set the top cabinets. 
Nothing very picture-worthy happened inside today. The rest of the trim wood was delivered and was stained. A few more of the doors were stained or painted.
