The 1st floor is on! Tomorrow they will start building the framing for the walls, but will probably not have them up until early next week.

We met with Brett Griffin today to make some decisions about doors. He told us that they only lost 4 days from the cold weather, but that they will be able to make that up and we're still looking at late May to early June for move-in. Tomorrow afternoon we are going to Waters Plumbing to pick out fixtures, sinks, tubs, etc.
It's starting to pick up speed a little now!

Nice progress despite the stiff, cold north wind today and yesterday.

I'm not an expert home-builder, but I think the contents of that box on top might be in trouble.
